Regular inspections are carried out by our highly skilled and fully qualified engineers, who can identify potential issues and faults, saving you unexpected downtime and huge repair bills.
All our maintenance visits are pre-arranged and booked in advance with our clients.
We carry out a 100-point inspection of your equipment and can provide you with a detailed report, which contains our recommendations for any adjustments or repairs required to be compliant with the current Health & Safety Regulations.
We provide an online fleet management solution called “Inspire” which allows our customers to view information and produce reports related to their fleet at any time, 24/7.

All our engineers are fully certified thorough examiners. They are able to provide your business with the correct certification ensuring that your equipment adheres to current legislation.
Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulation 98 or LOLER: 98 is the equivalent to an MOT.
Provisions and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 98 or PUWER: 98 is fully supported by the Health and Safety Executive which inspects, verifies and certifies all equipment associated with your machinery (extensions, attachments etc.)
Here at Charnwood Lift Truck Services we have a National Service Centre Freephone number 0808 100 3430 which is used for the logging and reporting of all machinery repairs and breakdowns. Our nearest engineer is then assigned to your site to ensure you are getting the best response time possible, this also helps to minimise downtime of your equipment and operations.

We are pleased to be able to provide Next Day Delivery of spare parts for all makes and models of material handling equipment directly to your site, anywhere within the UK**.
As an addition to this service we also carry a vast level of stock at all of our local branches as well as on our mobile engineer’s vans. This helps us to maintain our high First Fix Rate of 98%
Each of our engineers is fully trained in the manufacture of hydraulic hoses which helps to dramatically reduce downtime of your machinery as there is no need to wait for hoses to be delivered by third party suppliers.
We supply and stock a huge range of different hydraulic hose fittings and different sizes. Our fully bespoke hose making facility enables us to make a variety of diameters and lengths of hoses to pattern in the majority of situations.
